When I was growing up, light skinned girls hated me. One still does til this day. LOL weird, I know. But it's the truth. I learned to love me whether you like it or not. I take care of ME. And I must say, I'm doing a DAMN good job. ✌🏿😘

I’ve had so Many White Men and Women that have told me they WANT to have my Skin- Color and that we Would even lay in the Sun together to see who could tan Faster. We would Put on Baby Oil. I tanned Faster because my Skin was Darker. That was during the 60’s. This is Why I Could Never Understood Why Blacks Were So Racist to their OWN Race. I Get it in 2019.

Colorism had existed for thousands of years in Africa.
Lighter skin has ALWAYS been considered more beautiful than darker skin.
Softer, lighter, longer hair has ALWAYS been considered more beautiful than darker, tightly coiled hair.
I can't believe this guy thinks that:
Darker = Less attractive
Lighter = more attractive is something that began as a result of U.S. slavery!
White Europeans can work the fields all day while blacks live in palaces..........and white people will still be considered more beautiful!
